It is a 1mm Pitch 6 Pin FPCFFC SMT Drawer Connector. This is useful in terminating the displays and also for supporting board-to-board connections. The connector is a surface mount, which is ideal for applications where space is a factor.
The connector is of drawer type, i.e. it is to be lifted up like a pulling out a drawer, to attach the cable to the connector.
