XBT-3535-UV Surface-Mount UVC LEDs
Luminus Devices XBT-3535-UV Surface-Mount UVC LEDs are designed to emit wavelengths of light of between 275nm and 285nm. These surface-mount UVC LEDs offer high optical power of up to 80mW at maximum rated current. Features include a compact form factor and 130° viewing angle. The XBT-3535-UV Surface-Mount UVC LEDs are REACH and RoHS compliant. These XBT-3535-UV LEDs are tested for radiometric flux and wavelength at a drive current of 350mA, 20ms single pulse at 25°C. The XBT-3535-UV LEDs are ideal for use in water, air, surface disinfection, healthcare, food and pharmaceutical processing, analytical instruments, and horticulture.
