74LVx2T45 Dual-Supply Transceivers

Diodes Incorporated 74LVx2T45 Dual-Supply Transceivers are dual-bit transceivers with tristate outputs that are designed to transmit two logic bits across different voltage domains. The transceivers direction pin (DIR) and port A have logic levels in relation to VCC(A) and port B has logic levels related to VCC(B). This configuration provides universal low-voltage translation from 1.2V to 5.5V voltage range. These transceivers feature 16µA ICC CMOS low power consumption, high noise immunity, and operate from -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The 74LVCH2T45 transceivers offer a bus-hold at each input that maintains the previous logic level and a valid logic level is always present. These transceivers are used in applications such as voltage level translation, power-down signal isolation, cell phones, networking, computer peripherals, MP3 players, cameras, and video recorders.
