Silicon Labs WFM200S Series 2 Wi-Fi® SiP (System in Package) Module is an ultra-low power transceiver module for IoT and Wi-Fi applications. The WFM200S has a 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n radio (MAC and PHY layer), optimized for low power and optimal RF performance in crowded RF environments, supporting Linux-based and RTOS-based hosts to deliver a complete Wi-Fi solution. The WFM200S Module provides an output power of 15.1dBm with a receiver sensitivity of -96.3dBm. The device integrates a balun, T/R switch, LNA, and PA. For maximum flexibility, the Module is available both with and without an integrated antenna. Co-existence with external 2.4GHz transceivers is supported via a PTA interface.
