Description

Vacuum click down to -115kPa. This click board™ utilizes the MPXV6115V, a very accurate vacuum pressure sensor. This piezo-resistive transducer is a monolithic sensor which combines advanced MEMS manufacturing technology with the on-chip signal processing, offering very accurate readings and very low drift over temperature. The sensor outputs an analog voltage, linearly dependent on the applied vacuum pressure. This voltage is digitized by an accurate A/D converter and delivered over the I2C interface.

Vacuum click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
