This is TL072IDT STMICROELECTRONICS Operational Amplifier, Dual, 2 Amplifier, 4 MHz, 16 V/µs, 6V to 36V, SOIC, 8 Pins IC. Low noise JFET dual operational amplifier. This JFET input operational amplifier incorporates well matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
