TCJ Capacitors with Conductive Polymer Electrode
AVX TCJ Capacitors are tantalum solid electrolytic chip capacitors with a conductive polymer electrode to reduce ignition failure mode. AVX has enlarged the TCJ Series to include additional capacitance and voltage values and lower ESR ratings. With low ESR and 3x reflow at 260ºC compatibility, the TCJ Series provides CV ranges of 0.47µF to 470µF / 2.5V to 125V. The TCJ series is RoHS compliant and available in 16 case sizes.
