Synchronous step-down DC-DC converters convert a source of direct current (DC) from one voltage level to another. The MAXM15065/MAXM15066/MAXM15067 Himalaya series of voltage regulator ICs and power modules enables cooler, smaller, and simpler power-supply solutions. The modules deliver up to 300mA output current and employ peak-current-mode control architecture. The devices are used in industrial sensors and encoders, HVAC and building control, battery-powered equipment and USB Type-C powered loads.
