Intel® 665P Series Solid State Drives (SSDs) are the first 96-layer QLC-based PCIe SSDs that are built on Intel® Quad-Level Cell (QLC) 3D NAND technology. The Intel® QLC technology offers performance, high capacities, quality, and reliability through innovative dynamic floating gate architecture. The 665P SSDs come in a thin M.2 80mm form factor and are available in 1024GB (1TB) and 2048GB (2TB) capacities. These SSDs offer improved performance with up to 1.5x the endurance (up to 600 TBW) when compared to previous generation QLC SSDs.
