These devices use Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology and offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation. Each of these Vishay VX60M100PW devices are available as AEC-Q101 qualified. These features make this device ideal for use in high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, and reverse battery protection applications.
