Qorvo QPA2212D Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA2212D Ka-Band Power Amplifier. The QPA2212D is 27GHz to 31GHz GaN on SiC power amplifier ideal for 5G infrastructure and satellite communications. To simplify system integration, the QPA2212D is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports. The QPA2212D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
