Miniature EMI Suppression Capacitors

KEMET Electronics Miniature EMI Suppression Capacitors are designed for situations where capacitor failure would not result in exposure to electric shock. These capacitors utilize X2 technology in terms of combined THB Grade 3B level and feature high capacitance density and high capacitance values in small pitch. The EMI suppression capacitors are constructed of metalized polypropylene film encapsulated with self-extinguishing resin in a box of material that meets the requirements of UL 94V-0. These capacitors are AEC–Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and operate within -40°C to 110°C temperature range. Typical applications include LED drives, smart utility meters, solar micro-inverters, EMI filters in wireless power transfer, and consumer electronics.
