Texas Instruments TPS26630-33EVM eFuse Evaluation Module permits reference circuit evaluation of the TPS2663x eFuse. The TPS2663x Surge Protection Industrial eFuses provide ease-of-use and positive 60V and 6A eFuse with a 31mΩ integrated FET. The TPS26630-33EVM Evaluation Module features reverse input polarity protection up to -60V using external N-Channel MOSFET, and a 0.6A to 6A current limit programmable using onboard jumpers. The Evaluation Module offers Load protection from Surge and EFT (IEC61000-4-5 Level 1 and IEC61000-4-4 Level 3).
