Arduino.org 9 axes motion shield integrates a Bosch BNO055 absolute orentation sensor which combines an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, and microcontroller. The BNO055 sensor features 3D acceleration, yaw rate, and magnetic field strength data each in 3 perpendicular axes. Additionally it provides the sensor fusion signals such as, quaternion, euler angles, rotational vector, linear acceleration, and gravity vector. An intelligent interrupt engine allows for triggering interrupts based on slow or no motion recognition, any motion (slope) detection, and high g force detection. This shield is TinkerKit compatible.
