BOS1901 Piezo Haptic Drivers

Boréas Technologies BOS1901 Piezo Haptic Drivers with digital front end are single-chip piezo actuator driver with energy recovery, based on a patent-pending CapDrive™ technology. The BOS1901 drives actuators with up to 190Vpk-pk waveforms while operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage. The Driver's input digital stream is written in the internal FIFO over the digital interface to generate the desired output waveform. The BOS1901 Piezo Haptic Drivers deliver low power and small size, suitable for various applications requiring minimal power consumption and heat dissipation.
