This MOSFET offers low drain-to-source resistance (RDS(on)) to minimize conduction losses and low gate charge (QG)/capacitance to minimize driver losses. The NVMFS015N10MCL MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. This MOSFET comes in a small 5mm x 6mm DFN5 flat lead package. Typical applications include reverse battery protection in solenoid drivers, power switches (high side driver, low side driver, and H-bridges) in motor control, and switching power supplies.
