NCV8177 CMOS LDO Regulators

ON Semiconductor NCV8177 CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators feature a 500mA output current. The input voltages range from 1.6V to 5.5V. Output voltages can be set from 0.75V to 3.6V. The NCV8177 Voltage Regulators provide stable and accurate voltage with low noise and a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). This makes these devices ideal for RF applications such as automotive infotainment systems. Due to low power consumption the NCV8177 offers high efficiency and low thermal dissipation. The small 1.0mm x 1.0mm XDFN4  or 2.0mm x 2.0mm WDFNW8 packages make the NCV8177 ideal for space constrained applications.
