KEMET C0G Commercial Grade 10-250VDC Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (SMD MLCCs) feature a 125°C maximum operating temperature and are considered stable. Commercial Grade SMD MLCCs feature a Class I material that exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage. This series also boasts a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Capacitance change is limited to ±30ppm/ºC from −55°C to +125°C. These KEMET temperature compensating MLCCs are ideal for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required.
