PCIe Gen 4 & Gen 5 Connectors

Amphenol FCi (Amphenol ICC) PCIe Gen 4 and Gen 5 Connectors meet industry-standard PCIe 4.0 and 5.0 (proposed) requiring higher speed performance. The connectors support 2.5Gb/s (Gen 1), 5.0Gb/s (Gen 2), 8.0Gb/s (Gen 3), 16Gb/s (Gen 4), 32Gb/s (Gen 5), and 24Gb/s per differential signal pair. The vertical card edge connectors support backwards mating while the footprint is compatible with PCIe 3/2/1. The 29-position receptacle and plug connectors feature hot-plugging and blind-mating, connector misalignment compensation, and a PCB retention mechanism for robust SMT attachment. The connectors meet a wide range of vertical and right-angle configurations, making them for ideal server and storage equipment, HDDs, HDD carriers, SSDs, and PCI Express® signaling in desktop PCs, workstations, and servers.
