SMF4L Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Bourns® SMF4L Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes are ideal for surge and ESD protection applications all in a compact chip package SOD-123FL size format. The transient voltage suppressor components offer a choice of working peak reverse voltage from 12V up to 58V. Other features include a -55°C to +150°C operating/storage temperature range, 400W power dissipation, and a peak forward surge current of 50A. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns® Chip Diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
