RFV Series Fast Recovery Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor RFV Series Fast Recovery Diodes are hyper-fast recovery (hard recovery type) diodes that offer high reliability. These diodes are manufactured using silicon epitaxial planar type construction and are available in TO-252 or TO-220AC (TO-220ACFP) packages. The RFV series diodes exhibit ultra-low switching losses and high current overload capacities. These superfast recovery diodes operate at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include general rectification and Power Factor Correction (PFC) in Continuous Current Mode (CCM).
