Microchip Technology DM320115 ATmega4809 Curiosity Nano Evaluation Kit is a hardware platform to evaluate the ATmega4809 microcontroller. This kit provides access to the features of the ATmega4809 MCU and also explains the procedure to integrate the device into a custom design. The ATmega4809 curiosity nano evaluation kit includes an onboard debugger and no external tools are necessary to program the ATmega4809.

    • 1x mechanical user switch
    • 1x yellow user LED
    • 32.768kHz crystal for accurate timing and clock application, ~20ppm
  • On-board debugger:
    • Board identification in Atmel Studio/Microchip MPLAB X
    • 1x green power and status LED
    • Programming and debugging
    • Virtual COM port (CDC)
    • Two logic analyzer channels (DGI GPIO)
  • USB powered
  • Adjustable target voltage:
    • MIC5353 LDO regulator controlled by the on-board debugger
    • 1.8V to 5.1V output voltage range (limited by USB input voltage)
    • 500mA maximum output current
