The Intel RealSense D455 depth camera allows robots to see further with more accuracy than other D400 products. It works indoors or outdoors at a 2% Z error at 4 m. This provides the robot even better vision to make choices in avoiding obstacles. Intel's stereo cameras can be used in conjunction with one another allowing multiple cameras to cover more areas. If indoors, the Intel RealSense L515 LiDAR camera can provide even greater distance and accuracy.
