Microchip Technology MCP3x61/2/4 Sigma-Delta Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) feature programmable data rate of up to 153.6kSPS and a programmable gain of 0.33X to 64X. These ADCs also include integrated features like temperature sensor, internal oscillator, and burnout sensor detection to reduce system component count and total solution cost. The MCP3x61/2/4 ADCs include an internal sequencer (SCAN mode) with multiple monitor channels and a 24-bit time. This allows the ADCs to automatically create conversion loop sequences without the need for MCU communications. These ADCs offer advanced security features including CRC and register map lock that ensures configuration locking and communication data integrity for secure environments. The MCP3x61/2/4 ADCs are available in a 3mm x 3mm UQFN-20 package and operates within -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
