Analog Devices Inc. ADPA7005C Evaluation Kit comes with an ADPA7005CHIP MMIC power amplifier and ADPA7005 evaluation board. The ADPA7005CHIP MMIC power amplifier is a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transfer (pHEMT), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) power amplifier. This ADPA7005 MMIC power amplifier provides 15.5dB small-signal gain and 32dBm of saturated output power at 32GHz from a 5V supply. The ADPA7005-EVALZ Evaluation board consists of a two-layer Printed Circuit Board (PCB) from a 10mil thick, Rogers 4350B, and copper-clad mounted to an aluminum heat-sink. Typical applications include military, space, test instrumentation, and communications.
