Microchip Technology HV96001 LED Driver Evaluation Board is used to evaluate and demonstrate the HV96001 LED driver. The flyback converter has implemented an active Power Factor Correction (PFC) control algorithm in the primary side by a PIC controller that commands the switching sequence. This allows the input current to follow the input voltage envelope.
