Microchip Technology PIC18-Q41 MCUs are available in 14/20-pin devices for real-time control and sensor applications. These MCUs feature a 12-bit ADC with Computation (ADCC) and Capacitive Voltage Divider (CVD) techniques for advanced capacitive touch sensing, averaging, filtering, oversampling, and threshold comparison. The PIC18-Q41 MCUs come with two 8-bit DAC modules, an operational amplifier, and a 16-bit PWM module that provides dual independent outputs on the same time base. These devices support 4KB of data SRAM memory, 64KB of program flash memory, 512 Bytes data EEPROM, Device Information Area (DIA), and Device Characteristics Information (DCI) area. The PIC18-Q41 MCUs operate at 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage, -40°C to 85°C industrial, and -40°C to 125°C extended temperature ranges.
